Priorities USA is a voter-centric progressive advocacy organization and service center for the grassroots progressive movement. We work diligently to uphold the right to vote and ensure that the political process is open to all citizens in order to build an economy that provides real opportunity for all families to get ahead, and to protect the fundamental, democratic ideal of equality for all Americans – regardless of race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. Priorities USA is putting in place long-term infrastructure to engage Americans of all backgrounds at all times, not just on election day.
We’re looking for two fellows interested in learning how to use data and research to protect and expand Democratic majorities. This full-time, paid fellowship is a comprehensive learning experience designed to prepare you for a career in data science in the Democratic ecosystem. Fellows will work alongside our team every step of the way as we launch actual programs that directly impact the 2022 midterm elections.
This is a full-time, paid position with full benefits. The fellowship begins Monday, April 18, 2022 and ends Friday, July 15, 2022. Benefits include employer-paid health insurance, paid time off and retirement benefits. Fellows will be paid $15,000 total ($2,500 per pay period) for the duration of the 3 month program (based on an annual rate of $60,000).
Fellows will be expected to commit to working full-time (40 hours per week) at Priorities throughout the duration of their fellowship. The entirety of this fellowship will take place remotely.
