What You'll Do:
- Provide actuarially sound reporting and financial analysis
- Build pricing, forecasting, or other actuarial models for internal and external use
- Collaborate with account management, engineering, and data scientists in using analytical tools to meet company objectives
- Design, build, and present analyses to internal and external customers
- Drive new features and improvements across all our products and services by making sure that your analysis is well-structured and simple
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of prior experience in an actuarial role
- Strong understanding of financial mathematics and healthcare economics
- Solid grasp of probability and statistical concepts and ability to apply those concepts confidently to data
- Experience with SQL and proficiency in scripting languages like R or Python
- Clear and effective communication style
- Experience working with highly sensitive information
