Why this role

As an Analyst on Evolve’s Customer Operations Team, you will be a member of a Team that supports our Customer Experience teammates – providing resources to set and achieve objectives, track performance, and make decisions. On the technical-skill side, you’ll use your analytical-mindset to create data-based insights, rigor to turn over every stone, accountability to ensure data integrity, and storytelling to visualize and model data. On the power-skill side, you’ll use your relationship building skills to partner with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives, original thinking to bring fresh ideas and perspectives, a growth mindset to thrive on challenges, and agency to make things happen for others.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and syntax to support team and teammate needs and requirements (such as goal setting, performance management, and insights for decision making)
  • Distill massive data-sets from complex information into easy-to-understand visuals & observations
  • Work with subject matter experts, cross-functional teammates, and end users to craft effective reporting that meets and exceeds the needs of the business and it’s teammates
  • Analyze complex business opportunities, present data to multiple levels of teammate stakeholders, and support projects that create durable solutions
  • Maintain and manage reporting requests and priorities
  • Contribute to and create Customer Experience reporting strategies and playbooks (SOPs)
  • Run batch data processes that contribute to operational efficiency

What makes you a great fit 

  • 3+ years of analytics-related experience
  • 2+ years of business operations experience
  • You have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL (other programming languages, such as Python, a plus)
  • You have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • You have an analytical-mindset applied towards finding solutions to complex opportunities
  • You build trust with others by providing deliverables through rigorous processes (accurate and thorough)
  • You have an ability to manage several tasks at once, as well as identify and balance top priorities
  • You have a growth-mindset, seeking and thriving on challenges, and finding opportunity in failure
  • You have a high level of emotional intelligence, exhibiting: self-awareness, self-leadership, self-regulation, empathy, and relationship building

Location

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon and Pennsylvania.

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $67,000 to $77,000, depending on relevant experience
