What you’ll do

  • Build and support data transformations, data structures and dependencies, and data models
  • Reconcile data anomalies to maintain a cleaner reporting infrastructure
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders to build new data models and dashboards with data visualizations
  • Help manage the BI tool reporting environment and infrastructure by solving problems and tuning performance for underlying systems and processes
  • Develop a detailed understanding of relevant business processes, strategies, and goals to provide reporting
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, and clearly communicate progress and status with business stakeholders

What makes you a great fit 

  • Minimum of 2 years in an analyst, developer, architect, engineer, or DBA role working with large data sets and using SQL
  • Strong SQL skills and experience building data models that serve as the source of truth for reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
  • Ability to explain complex information and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Capacity for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions, specifically related to SQL code
  • Enjoy supporting team members and helping solve problems that arise
  • Familiarity with documenting data definitions and code
  • Driven by a fast-paced, energetic, results-oriented environment
  • Experience with cloud-based BI platforms and data warehouses is required
  • Experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, data visualization tools (like Tableau, Sisense, Qlik) is a plus

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! 

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $88,000 to $100,000, depending on relevant experience

Equity: $10,000 of equivalent RSUs
