Why this role

As a Senior Product Manager, Data at Evolve, you will be challenged to leverage your experience creating new data models and treating data as a product that powers operations and experiences across all of Evolve’s customers. Leading a data product team, you will work side by side with engineering and data counterparts to collaborate on, design, and deliver new data products. The ideal candidate draws on extensive experience to overlay various types of data sets to solve complex problems. What you’ll do

• Translate high-level vision into a cohesive, prioritized roadmap and lead a product team to deliver data products from conception to prototyping, testing, deploying, and impact measurement
• Gather requirements and work with team to build a new data model for one of Evolve’s core products
• Treat data as a product - become a domain expert for Evolve property and location data and think of new, innovative ways for product managers or different departments to leverage it
• Set the standards and goals for data quality, reliability, and completeness, and create a framework for measuring and improving
• Proactively coordinate and gain alignment amongst company stakeholders, technical leaders, and other product managers, communicating product roadmap and go-to-market plans
• Mentor other product managers, set and maintain a higher bar for our collective product quality

What makes you a great fit

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or related discipline
• Analytically minded. All your decisions are data-driven and supported by the data and research you’ve collected
• Challenged by solving complex problems and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to work on technical products while closely collaborating with other product, engineering, and cross functional company leaders
• Experience with database design, data lineage, and/or data governance. Particular experience with GIS applications a strong plus

Location

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon and Pennsylvania.

Compensation

Total approximate compensation: $166,600 - $203,350

For this role our salary range is $136,000 to $156,000 depending on relevant experience.  This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.

Additional compensation details:

Equity: 50% of salary equivalent RSUs

Variable comp: 10% of salary target
