The Engineering Operations team works to make our Product & Engineering organization the best Product team in the tech industry. We work to identify opportunities in business operations, develop solutions and drive changes. The Challenge

The Jr. analyst supports the operational excellence of programs and offers insights to help leadership make decisions. They help make our team (and by extension, our whole department) more productive and efficient, all while looking after the happiness and well-being of the Product team. They are passionate about helping others, think of creative solutions to problems, and act as a positive force across the team and the whole department. They constantly ask, ‘How can make this better? How can we make this run smoother?’ They are highly detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and care deeply about building a successful and effective product & engineering organization. .

Responsibilities

  • Learn and effectively use basic data and analytical tools (e.g., google sheet, Workato, Looker)
  • Provide basic data analytics for programs (e.g., hiring optimization, new hire programs) upon request
  • Bring ideas and solutions on ways to improve the operations of the team 
  • Maintain a high velocity of support while balancing multiple channels of requests and communication from colleagues, product/engineering leaders and employees
