Senior Data Analyst

HubSpot’s Sales Operations Team is on a mission to change the way companies do business from the inside out. We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help evolve how we manage and enrich inbound marketing activity with the goal to get these leads worked by a HubSpot seller as efficiently as possible. This is a newly created team that will work cross functionally to develop systemic, scalable business & operational processes that increase efficiency across HubSpot’s GTM teams. You will take a data driven approach to improving systems and programs to enable & accelerate Sales growth and improve sales rep productivity.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Work closely with the business teams to understand improvement requirements and project manage them with cross functional stakeholders.
- Ensure continual process improvement and uncover new opportunities for efficiency and data accuracy
- Establish a high standard of data quality and real time updates, consistent with HubSpot’s overall positioning in the market
- Assist in implement policies, protocols and systems to improve productivity, generate efficiency, improve lead work rates, and generate revenue
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proficiency with SQL programming languages.
- Analytical skills and can combine an understanding of business objectives, customer needs, and data required to deliver business results.
- Knowledge of data governance, data management, data modelling concepts and data governance tooling
Even better if you have:
- Experience maintaining databases and developing documents for data governance
- Experience managing process of sourcing and enriching data on a real time basis
- Analytical approach to work and a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively and with cross-functional stakeholders
