We’re looking for a Performance Analyst to join our Sales & Support Performance Analytics team to empower and enable our rapidly-growing Sales and Support organization in an environment focused on high velocity and high-quality interactions.
As a Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing reporting for visibility and analytical support to monitor performance, execution, and business impact. Your focus will be maintaining operational excellence and facilitating the continued growth and scalability of the organization. Collaborating closely with our Sales & Support team, you'll conduct ongoing data analysis, generate insightful reports, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with broad experience in Sales & Support Operations and is passionate about working smart, uses technology to optimize business processes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and approaches challenges with intellectual curiosity and an optimistic growth mindset. You’ll create actionable insights and analysis for the sales and support organization, recommend optimizations, and support third-party tools and applications. You’ll also engage and partner with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to data-driven decisions.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and maintain reporting and analytics using Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Sheets as assigned via workflow tools ensuring timely status and delivery to their stakeholders.
- Use prescribed tools and methodologies to develop accurate and sustainable reporting and analytics for the Sales & Support organization.
- Be accountable, alongside the team, for delivery of tactical performance reporting for theSales and Support organization, including productivity, financial, and quality metrics.
- Uphold the integrity and quality of existing reports created by the Performance Analytics team and acts as primary developer and liaison to the Data Analytics and Engineering (DAE) organization for any upstream data concerns.
- Support process optimizations for Enablement, Sales, Marketing and FP&A teams with ad hoc reporting and analytical analyses to enable growth and scaling of the Sales & Support Organization.
- Develop, and build reporting to bring clear visibility to key performance metrics and understand their impact to the organization.
- Monitor data and provide analysis to illustrate trends, identify strengths & weaknesses in current execution and support future strategy.
- Monitor and execute lead distribution via Sales@ mailbox and Salesforce ensuring efficient and timely execution as required.

What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 3 years of analytical expertise in sales operations, business operations, or finance/revenue operations.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau, enabling the creation of dynamic and visually engaging data and storytelling.
- 2+ years writing Structured Query Language (SQL) code and scripts connecting to IT-managed data warehouses
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com, including experience in building comprehensive reports and dashboards tailored to organizational needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate data and analysis to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite.
- Self-starter with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a faced-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of tackling complex issues with precision.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker capable of working through problems quickly and align to overarching business goals.

Compensation
For this role, our salary range is $69,000 to $80,000, depending on relevant experience
