Analytics Engineer Mission

Ownership of the Data Transformation stage and making it transparent and efficient for the whole business to accelerate the data-driven growth approach.

Outcomes:

• Migrate all current Transform logic to DBT until the end of 2022 to increase the speed of building data pipelines
• Build metrics for the Data Quality within 3 months to decrease the number of data incidents from 6 to 1 per week
• Decrease the speed of the Transform stage of ELT process from 5 hours to 1 hour within the first quarter to deliver insights faster
• Create clear documentation until the end of 2022 to cover 80% of used data sources to improve transparency and remove bottlenecks

Requirements:

• Strong SQL knowledge
• Strong data modeling skills
• DBT knowledge (or alternatives)
• 1+ year of experience with data Transformation
• Experience with C# (optional)
• Intermediate and above in the English language
• Integrity, total commitment, and a strong sense of ownership
• A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics
• Growth mindset
• Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and persistence to breakthrough
