Mission

As a team member, you will leverage the unique data layer on translation created by our thousands of users, including corporations and the largest marketplace of linguists. Your mission is to capitalize on this data by utilizing interactions with OpenAI and similar technologies and deploying and experimenting with our own open-source Language Model (LLM). You will also have a critical role in automating internal processes based on the knowledge base we create, especially for customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
• Proficiency in Python, related data analysis, and machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with open-source LLM frameworks like OpenAI's GPT or Hugging Face's Transformers will be an advantage
• Backend development background (.NET Core) will be an advantage
• Upper-Intermediate English and Russian, both written and spoken
• A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics
