About the Role

Come lead the future of growth and product analytics at Ramp! You will own the roadmap for reporting, attribution, experimental design, and be responsible for building the platforms and services necessary to support a best-in-class analytics org. You will partner closely with the growth team to improve reporting, marketing automations and the allocation of acquisition spend. You will partner closely with the product team on tracking, experimental design, and improving the customer journey with data, ultimately enabling Ramp to get 1% better every day by developing data products and insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, develop, and accelerate the growth/product analytics engineering team by building/growing a team that raises the standard
  • Prioritize the highest impact channels, automations, and product features for experimentation
  • Drive the experimental design, testing agenda, and best practices for growth/product analytics
  • Develop roadmaps and define measures of success in collaboration with growth and product teams
  • Capture, move, store, and transform raw data into highly actionable insights with product and data engineering teams; Partner with growth and product teams to turn those insights into action
  • Contribute to the culture of Ramp’s data team by influencing processes, tools, and systems that will allow us to make better decisions in a scalable way

What You Need

  • Minimum 2 years of analytics management experience
  • Proven leadership and a track record of shipping features with growth and product organizations
  • Experience with the modern data stack (Fivetran / Snowflake / dbt / Looker / Census or equivalents)
  • Strong perspective on analytics engineering development cycle (data modeling, version control, documentation + testing, best practices for codebase development)
  • Familiarity with the product analytics ecosystem + infrastructure, experimentation and A/B testing best practices, event tracking best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with behavioral tracking providers, CDP, and product analytics ecosystem (Segment, Snowplow, Rudderstack, Amplitude)
  • Familiarity with the ecosystem of marketing tools and vendors, as well as the past, current, and future of marketing attribution and customer tracking in the post-privacy era
  • Experience building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and evaluating a set of growth strategies across a variety of channels
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, B2B marketing, uplift modeling, and LTV prediction
