About the Role

Ramp is in a critical phase of growth and this role is responsible for executing projects and initiatives that will drive new customers to Ramp. You’ll work directly with our growth leaders to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts across all functions. 

What You’ll Do

  • Help drive and influence the growth strategy for NYC’s fastest growing startup
  • Work to drive net new leads for Ramp by supporting data driven experimentation 
  • Measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end 
  • Solve complex business problems and build / iterate on process for a wide range of go-to-market and operational needs within a high-growth startup by working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations 
  • Support bottom-up planning 
  • Past growth initiatives include:
    • Building dashboards to monitor performance of growth activities and data infrastructure
    • Specing and building internal tools to reduce the time to execute operations processes by 95%
    • Designing and training a machine learning model to code email response sentiment to automate sales reporting
    • AB testing ramp.com landing pages to improve conversion
    • Managing and streamlining sales onboarding processes

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of total experience including work in analytics at a high-growth technology company
  • Proficient in SQL
  • You have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
  • You are creative and can see how the pieces of a complex problem fit together; you feel comfortable challenging assumptions when they are not well-based
  • You like to build - you enjoy the process of going from problem to solution regardless of the medium
  • You’re a master with data analysis, and have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • You have a team-first mentality and communication skills that allow you to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals

Nice to Haves:

  • Additional experience in management consulting, investment banking or investing Statistical literacy and financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience in growth specific analytics (e.g. paid marketing platforms)
  • Experience with no code tools (eg Zapier, Webflow), Salesforce, and Hubspot
