HubSpot is looking for an Associate Business Analyst to support HubSpot’s Sales Strategy and Operations (SSO) Team in EMEA. The SSO mission at HubSpot is to enable data-backed decisions that drive growth and productivity.
This role will report to an SSO Manager and involve working directly with Go-To-Market and Sales Leaders to design, analyse and run the EMEA Sales organisation. Specifically this role will be responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and supporting systems and processes that underpin the sales team at HubSpot.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Support the definition and execution of the EMEA Sales Go-To-Market strategy in partnership with the EMEA Managing Director / VP of EMEA Sales.
- Leverage BI software (Looker) to analyse data and interpret results to drive decisions.
- Deliver valuable and timely reporting to all levels of the GTM org.
- Monitor sales, marketing and customer success performance metrics and understand how KPIs impact the business.
- Support front line sales in understanding our rules, policies and processes.
- Become fluent in our CRM system and data flow.
- Leverage, maintain and create complex data models for staffing requirements, productivity and headcount and revenue forecasting.
We are looking for people who:
- Have a growth mindset and are interested in learning and iterating quickly
- Are highly analytical and have an ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Have expert level ‘spreadsheet’ skills with some Database / SQL knowledge*
- Can use Business Information (BI) Applications (Looker/Tableau/Qlik etc) to create data models, reports and dashboards
- Know how to clean and link complicated data sets from various sources
- Can adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems
- Are comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment and interacting with senior stakeholders from a range of business functions
- Have ~2 years of professional experience
- Have Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, HubSpot CRM
- Have B.A. or B.S. degree (An M.B.A. is a plus)
- Proficient in English (English is the business language in HubSpot - This is a core requirement of the role)
