About the Job 

The Business Operations team helps the company monitor performance, understand key business drivers and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations and accelerate growth. This team fully embeds alongside the business, working directly with the exec team, channel, B2B, marketing, product, and other departments across the organization on a mixture of operational and strategic initiatives. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve key metrics and reports for the channel & B2B team.
• Support the development of BI tool reporting and user education.
• Leverage business operations templates (e.g., quartile analysis, cohort reporting) to enhance performance management processes.
• Manage to report for channel initiatives spanning multiple departments and data sources.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to maintain consistency in reporting between departments.
• Support light project management and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive the development of monthly business review materials.

 Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in business operations, consulting, data analysis, finance, accounting, or a similar field
• Strong mastery of Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Experience analyzing large data sets and aggregating data across multiple sources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and levels of management.
• Experience presenting data-driven insights to audiences with varying levels of seniority.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare experience (Tech, Services, Insurance, Consulting) 

• Experience in analytical and reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI)
