About the Job

Thriveworks is seeking an Analyst for the Human Resources Onboarding space who will act as a liaison for data processing and scorecard development and updates. This role will act as a support for communicating updates to the HR Onboarding team at large, as well as helping to receive and process interdepartmental feedback for process improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Exporting and digesting data weekly to input to Onboarding Scorecard for review with members of team
  • Responsible for creating, updating and managing scorecards to track key KPI and quality metrics for the onboarding team at large
  • Monitoring group and individual chats from team members to answer questions and assist with troubleshooting for both team members and onboarding employees
  • Training new team members on basic job expectations and supporting in acclimation to role
  • Identifying data trends to assist in flagging opportunities for growth for individual team members as well as the team at large
  • Attendance to represent Human Resources and Onboarding in key meetings while providing detailed notes to Onboarding Manager of any impactful developments

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Analytic problem solver 
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Advanced level Excel and Google Sheets experience required
  • Experience tracking KPIs or analyzing data 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of management experience
  • 1+ years of data entry and/or onboarding experience
