Growth Marketing Analyst
As a Growth Marketing Analyst you’ll directly enable business growth and a seamless customer experience through focus on high impact business growth programs . You’ll work closely with channel partners to understand their operational needs to execute various go to market programs, track and analyze performance, and recommend opportunities for improvement. You’ll bring a keen eye for detail and strong data chops to the table to expand the pace and quality of GTM campaigns. You will report in a matrix setup to the VP of Analytics, with a dotted line into the VP of Marketing. 100% of your time will be growth focused.

What You’ll Do

Analytics Configuration and Monitoring: Meets with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand project needs and reporting requirements. Ensures appropriate tracking code, account synchronization, pixels, redirects, etc. are in place for data capture. Works on integration of web analytics with CRM, usability and other tools as needed. Continually refines and monitors Intelligence Alerts, Webmaster tools, Site Improve, and other QA automation to catch performance glitches early. Helps manage and coordinate Thriveworks accounts in Google’s tool suite, which includes Google+Local, Google+, Adwords, Analytics, YouTube and others.

Campaign Optimization: Supports A/B and multivariate testing as needed.

Analysis and Reporting: Tracks customers from lead generation to appointment attendance. Creates and maintains monthly custom dashboards and recommendations for all sites and digital marketing campaigns. Works across team/agency to provide monthly, quarterly and year-end reports and recommendations for central leadership for all sites and campaigns.
- Provides weekly performance updates and recommendations to VP Marketing.

Internal and External Partnerships: Own and manage the relationship with key digital partners such as Google, CRM/Salesforce, and agencies. Provides support to go to market team and affiliate/regional webmasters in analytics and reporting configuration.
- Assist with setup and implementation of a variety of go to market campaigns (broad media, paid search, clinician recruitment, etc..) within automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and search engine tools
- Partner closely with channel partners to understand campaign / program requirements and flow, propose effective solutions for testing, tracking and scaling key campaigns
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators for individual and holistic campaigns / programs, clearly comparing CAC across channels
- Assist in conducting experience research to optimize flow, including designing survey questions, segmenting users to survey, distributing survey and analyzing results
- Drive and own QA process for a variety of pixeling, tracking and attribution systems across GTM, GA and other data platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy of conversion and event data
- Prepare reporting for Growth weekly and monthly, and coordinate data formatting and set-up with the BI team.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years work experience; prior experience working on various marketing automation programs and performing data-driven analysis of campaign performance is a plus
- Excellent analytical, reporting and quantitative skills, ability to perform analyses and identify insights for optimization
- Strong attention to detail, extremely organized
- Experience with multi-location retail organizations is preferred - having covered both online and offline
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA 4) and 360 a must, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant data attribution tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, form creation and JavaScript. SQL and Python knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of Google API, KPI alignment, audience segmentation, custom report configuration, basic regular expressions, tag management, data visualization, attribution, cross-device and multi-channel tracking required
- Certification in Google Analytics a must
- Expertise in the spectrum of digital marketing analysis and visualization tools, including: the Google tool suite, the MOZ suite, Raven, Excel, Tableau, Mixpanel, Kissmetrics and more
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google for Work products (Google Analytics, Sheets, Slides) and data analysis tools (MySQL) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with marketing automation tech stack (eg, Salesforce, Hubspot, Iterable, etc.) and implementing various campaigns / programs (email, direct mail, ad campaign tracking, etc.)
- Healthcare marketing understanding a plus – but dynamic performance marketing mindset a must
