What you'll be responsible for:
- Understand and leverage Wealthsimple’s client success data schema to drive improvements in client experience.
- Own the reporting and analysis for the Client Experience team by developing key performance metrics, generating insights, and pinpointing drivers of customer feedback.
- Build and continuously enhance user-friendly, visually appealing dashboards.
- Engage with stakeholders for regular feedback and updates.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation around analytics processes.
- Manage the data dictionary for the Client Experience team, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Present key metrics and insights to the leadership team. Use data to tell a compelling story, highlighting important conclusions and actionable recommendations.
- Perform detailed analysis of client experience initiatives. Evaluate the impact of new pilots and scaling projects, guiding strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for data analysis. Ensure query efficiency and accuracy, and possess the ability to troubleshoot and debug as needed.
Our ideal fit has:
- Data Analytics Experience - 2 year experience in Data Analytics or Business Insights. Experience working with Customer Support and/or Sales organizations is an asset.
- Data & analytics - Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to drive insights into actionable recommendations. Strong proficiency with SQL and the ability to develop elegant and user friendly visualizations
- Collaboration - Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders
- Action orientation - A clear bias for action and ability to act without being told what to do, takes full ownership over work and seeks help and input when needed
- Passion for clients - Is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products
- System Experience - experience with business intelligence tools like and exposure to programming languages and data analytics frameworks (Python, pandas, numpy)
