Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Data Analyst, Business Operations II to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning.
What You’ll Do:
- Works with other analysts and data engineers to identify and assist in development and implementation of dashboards, reporting and data models that enable relevant personalized service.
- Collect and synthesize feedback; prepare meaningful and actionable insights. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to champion solutions that drive and improve the user experience and drive revenue.
- Support informed decision-making throughout the company by ensuring high data quality & integrity, building reports & dashboards, and conducting analyses on historical data.
- Ensures data accessibility and distribution by supporting ad-hoc data requests, creating and automating reporting and managing routine distribution of regular reports to leadership.
- Data extraction, creation, manipulation of multiple files and or databases
- Delivers quantitative and qualitative insights for all strategic projects
- Develops ROI analysis in partnership with business stakeholders
- Deliver effective and engaging reports and presentations.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, finance, data analytics, economics, statistics, computer science, etc.).
- 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science or a related field
- Proficient in SQL
- 1+ of scripting experience with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C++, etc.
- Experience using a Cloud data warehouse, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Great communication skills–you can boil down complex technical concepts into easily understandable language
