What you'll do...
The Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics Developer role will be responsible for creating and supporting of interactive dashboards and reports, specifically utilizing tools such as Qliksense and Looker to provide Ford Pro Verticals and Business Units with valuable business insights. The candidate will also be key in migrating existing Qlikview dashboards into Qliksense.

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Leadership, Ethics and Organizational Sustainability

Current Ford Experience

Even better, you may have...
5+ years of experience in a Report Developer role and any Analyst experience in automotive or manufacturing is preferred but not a must.
Advanced working knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases, BigQuery and HDFS
Experience in working with business users directly in developing a solution from a problem statement
Strong analytic skills related to working with different types of datasets from wide variety of data sources
Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
Hands-on experience with the following reporting tools Qlikview, Qliksense, Looker and SQL
Knowledge of data architecture best practices and dimensional modeling
Detailed oriented, an excellent communicator and the ability to be agile and multi-task
Experience in Lean development
