DESCRIPTION
 
Member of the research and Development (R&D) team that uses advanced coding, modeling and analytics to develop future solutions and scale existing product offerings around media campaign outcomes. Contribute to the standardization and scalability of existing client solutions in the area of media, while taking accountability for key decisions. Processing (client) data, and applying advanced analytical solutions. Communicate and collaborate effectively with others to discuss complex data-driven and code-related matters. Develop new solutions for existing or future media clients. Use and fit different mathematical and econometric models for explanatory purposes that deliver better decisions, and create high-quality data visualizations for internal and external purposes. Analysis and evaluation of large and complex sets of consumer data (using data from millions of households). Perform research and development based on multiple studies and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences. Tools Python and packages for data analysis (NumPy/ SciPy/ scikit-learn/ pandas / matplotlib, AWS, Docker, Airflow, Git.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:Master’s Degree in mathematics, marketing, or a data-driven science related field with at least 3 years of experience in market research and data analysis (Would also accept Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience). Must include: Three (3) years of experience with: Statistical analysis; Survey writing; Experimental design; Media data, survey data, and survey research methodologies; Adapting analytical methodologies to cover new data sets and new use cases. Two (2) years of experience with: Data analysis, using python packages such as NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, pandas, matplotlib; Python programming; Version control tools such as git. Salary:  $153,525. M-F, 40 hours/week.
