How will this role have an impact?

The Strategic Analytics Director of Value-Based Care will be responsible for analytics that support the success of our value-based care programs at scale, including delivery of our enterprise analytic tools, optimizing our collaborative ACO structure, and enterprise outcomes evaluation.  This individual will lead a team that partners closely with our product and client-facing delivery teams to support strategic decision making and to design and deliver actionable analytic insights at scale.  This role requires strong leadership, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem solving skills, and a high degree of familiarity with analytic techniques.

This role will report to VP, Client Insights, Value-Based Care.

What will you do?

  • Lead a team dedicated to analytics that support the success of our value based care programs at scale
  • Partner with the delivery team, product, and other analytic teams to define and execute against a reporting and analytic roadmap that will deliver actionable insights to our clients
  • Collaborate with delivery team leadership to incorporate a data-driven perspective into all key ACO-wide initiatives, including the design and evaluation of shared savings distribution metrics, core clinical programs, and new pilots and services
  • Educate and train delivery team members around best practices in using analytic tools and reporting to drive outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational and product teams in the design of new metrics to drive focus and impact with our clients
  • Identify emerging analytic needs as our business and client membership grows, and collaborate cross-functionally to anticipate and prepare for growth into new lines of business and new services

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to convey technical information in an accessible and understandable manner
  • Innovative and strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership skills and experience communicating with internal and external executive audiences
  • Strong interest and ability to deeply understand value based care program mechanics and data through a business lens
  • 5-6 years in healthcare analytics or consulting role, including experience working with value-based care models
  • Experience defining and managing an analytic and reporting roadmap is preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field to the role. Masters of Public Health, Health Care Management or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
