Purpose of Job
Partners with business leaders/champions and solution delivery teams to identify key performance indicators, business requirements and measures to support and deliver the Enterprise Business Intelligence Strategy. Helps the business identify critical success factors and drives to the critical business questions that need to be answered in order to achieve the goals and objectives. Serves as a key to the successful deployment and adoption of the Enterprise Business Intelligence Strategy with contributions such as helping to define the business problem, the critical questions to be answered, and the needed analytical capabilities / presentation of the relevant data that will drive functional and technical designs and 1-3 year roadmaps for BI solutions.

Tasks:
Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a Business or Science discipline. 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
6 years of experience working in an agile environment on business intelligence/analytics, creating requirements documents, establishing relationships with partners and vendors, and working with Information Technology teams.
Experience building roadmaps and strategic planning for complex integrated technical/analytical projects.
Experience working on projects requiring statistical analysis, explanatory analysis, and predictive analytics.
Experience with Design Thinking, Agile Methodologies and supporting tools.
Experience developing and building reports in order to monitor performance and drive business value.
Experience working with Data Development Lifecycle and Information Management principles (metadata management and Data Quality).
Experience working in an industry that is complex, multi-channel and/or regulated industry.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in data management and governance in complex, highly regulated industry.
Experience in marketing or advertising data and analytics.
Experience in cloud data management for analytics.
Experience in privacy data management and/or CIPP certification.

Compensation:
USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $80,200 - $144,500* (this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location).
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
*Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
Shift premium: will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
