Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with naviHealth Product, Business, and IT teams in designing and implementing Machine Learning solutions in production and testing/integrating with operational systems
  • Work with Data Scientists and consuming applications to develop, test and deploy model REST end points
  • Implement automated testing and deployment pipelines for ML models
  • Interface with consuming applications and testing teams to coordinate testing and bug fixing
  • Provide support for models deployed in production
  • Build and enhance our Azure based Machine Learning Platform including Feature Store, ML Workbench, Model deployment and Model Monitoring components
  • Work independently in a fast-paced agile environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing Python web applications and API’s
  • 3+ years of experience with Flask, Django or FastAPI (preferred) frameworks
  • 2+ years of experience deploying APIs/models on Kubernetes or as serverless services
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Data Science teams with ML solutions including data/feature engineering and model deployment
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud. Preferably Azure ML and related services
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Github Actions, Jenkins, Bamboo, Octopus, etc.
  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub integration with CI/CD tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience with data and/feature engineering
  • 1+ years of experience with AppDynamics or equivalent monitoring/observability tools
  • 1+ years of experience with Databricks and MLflow
  • Experience with API performance testing tools like JMeter, Locust, etc.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
