The Partner Strategy & Operations team at HubSpot is looking for an Analytics Manager. In this role you will manage a team of analysts and operations specialists and report into the Director of Partner Strategy & Operation (Revenue Operations department).

You will work directly with leaders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Service and Finance to enable strategic decision making for our partner channel. In this role, you and your team will develop and maintain key reporting infrastructure that empowers the business to answer mission critical questions for our go to market strategy. 

 

You and your team’s charter is to be the experts in the health of our partner channel. You will participate in strategic decision making processes, assist in cross-functional project management and execution, and identify opportunities to accelerate progress based on insights. Further, you will be looked to as a technical leader for Partner Operations team members. 

 

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Identify critical operational questions that can be answered through new data insights
  • Package and present recommendations to executives and global management through a balance of quantitative analysis and qualitative perspectives
  • Look for inefficiencies and opportunities to improve our reporting infrastructure and operational processes
  • Scope new requests which may be complex and vague and translate these requests into clear and manageable projects for team members 
  • Coach team members on industry best practices and skill development
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, such as Sales, Services and Marketing, to ensure that data is accessible, performance metrics are well-defined, and insights are actionable
  • Advise on how to structure scalable data models and reporting; share best practices and review the modeling of other team members
  • Collaboratively scope and roadmap large tracks of work with reliable estimates of time, effort, and risk, and help ensure your team can hit deadlines

Skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in the software (SaaS ideal) industry
  • Experience with modern data technologies (i.e. Snowflake, Looker, etc)
  • Know how to inspire, coach and create a high performing team culture
  • Drive continuous improvement through process and change management
  • Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems
  • You are adept at making decisions that involve a significant number of factors and have broad implications
  • You have strong, well-founded opinions about how to build data solutions for strategy and operations, but you're adaptable and open to new ideas.
