We are focused on finding the best talent to continue accelerating our rapid growth.  The Manager of Performance Analytics will be responsible for optimizing the business insights that support our sales team in order to increase efficiencies and drive business outcomes.  This position is ideal for someone that enjoys being the connector between data and people and has an affinity for both. 

What you’ll do

  • Manage a team of analysts focused on accurate, real-time visibility of team performance
  • Develop your team through weekly 1x1s, professional development sessions, and project delegation
  • Own accurate and timely delivery of reports and requests (periodic & ad-hoc) for internal and external constituents such as Sales, Onboarding, Real Estate, Total Rewards and Marketing and ensure they are delivered in a clear concise manner
  • Create & maintain an accurate & relevant suite of reports & dashboards for the organization to gain insights into our performance and key drivers within different teams
  • Own & lead Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews for the organization that provide actionable insights to stakeholders with data driven recommendations for improved performance
  • Proactively partner & collaborate with various stakeholders (internal & external) to enhance our data infrastructure for sales reporting across various data sources that enables efficient decision making across the business.  This may include automation & streamlining of processes that improve data collection in our various tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc), creation of sales modeling & forecasting tools, and other analytical tools that support the organization and its strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Sales to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning that targets increases in sales productivity
  • Own the goals setting process & communication of goals for all sales roles
  • Train and provide ongoing support to business users regarding the data and reports

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations required
  • 3+ years of People Management required
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics/KPIs coupled with superior communication skills, both oral and written; understanding the "why" and "how" of data to be able to tell the story behind it.
  • Established track record of building sales reporting requirements and translating them into actionable insights and information, as well as making solid and clear recommendations to business leaders
  • Strict attention to detail and skilled at prioritizing work and capable of managing your time independently
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with SQL and working with BI software and tools
  • Deep understand and experience with creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Experience with Salesloft preferred
  • Experience in project management preferred
  • Result and success oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • Genuine curiosity and desire to uncover the why that drives customer & Evolver behavior/performance with an innate ability to innovate and optimize the use of available resources for optimal efficiency
  • Adept at change management and aligning multiple stakeholders on a unified vision.  Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Reputation for relationship building, developing leaders, and fostering a strong team culture.

Location 

We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S except in the following states: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $111,000 to $128,000, depending on relevant experience.
