We are looking to hire a Marketing Analytics Lead to join our Marketing Analytics team. You will be supporting the Growth Marketing team with strategic analysis and measuring campaign impact. In addition to informing strategy, you will navigate the Marketing and Product worlds to understand how marketing efforts shape downstream product engagement and customer behavior. The ideal candidate has a background in strategic analysis and prior experience leveraging data and insights to develop strategy, measuring marketing campaign performance, and connecting marketing & product work to business impact. 

Responsibilities

• Perform research and present insights to guide decision-making and prioritization for marketing activities
• Design and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and measure business impact
• Define, measure and consistently track key marketing metrics
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Science, and Lines of Business to ensure analyses are robust and primed to have a direct impact on marketing planning

Experience

• Bachelor or advanced degree or related work experience with a specialization and/or coursework in analytics, statistics, economics, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in strategy, research, consulting or marketing at a tech, media or financial services company; marketing experience is a plus (but not required)
• Experience with A/B testing 
• Fluency with SQL (ability to write & interpret advanced queries)
• Advanced Excel or Tableau (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation) is a plus

For candidates living in Colorado the expected base pay range is $118,250 - $139,150 and depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.

This role is work-from-anywhere, excluding the following states and territory: Kansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Puerto Rico
