We are looking to hire a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our 5-person Marketing Analytics team. You will lead a team of marketing analysts who work on high impact projects across teams in the Marketing organization, supporting everyone from our VP of Marketing to the Growth, Brand and Product Marketing teams, and will be a key stakeholder to present to senior leads and executives. You will also be supporting the Brand team with strategic analysis and measuring campaign impact. The ideal candidate has a strong background in measuring brand impact on business metrics, with a solid understanding of media mix modeling and other causal inference methods.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, coach, and inspire a team of motivated marketing analysts
  • Provide technical guidance on advanced measurement strategies to demonstrate the business impact of brand campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design, launch, and measure brand campaigns
  • Develop experimentation roadmap with brand, and help implement and build a business case for new channels
  • Analyze business trends to identify gaps and opportunities, and inform campaign targeting strategies with audience and market data
  • Run deep dive analyses to help inform strategy and optimizations across channels, tactics, and audiences
  • Establish and maintain reporting dashboards, and use them to deliver results and recommendations to the team
  • Present insights and influence decision-making with stakeholders

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience with a specialization and/or coursework in analytics, economics, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience with brand measurement
  • 4+ years experience in a strategy, research, business consulting, or marketing strategy role at a tech, media or financial services company
  • 1+ years experience leading a team of analysts
  • Experience with media mix modeling and other causal inference methods to measure brand campaigns
  • Fluency with SQL, Excel and Tableau (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation)

For candidates living in Colorado the expected base pay range is $140k-$150k and depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
