We are searching for a Sr.  Analyst to own all sales pipeline and performance forecasting for Lyft Business. This person should have a passion for consolidating complex data sets into valuable business insights.  This person should love predictive analytics, developing reporting frameworks and helping businesses scale.  This person will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance to design a robust forecasting framework to provide visibility into business performance and untapped opportunities.  With a passionate, results-oriented approach, you’ll apply day-to-day business judgment and analytical thinking to everything you do.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Sales Forecasting Dashboards to provide actionable visibility and transparency for Sales, Operations, Finance and Leadership. 
  • Synthesize sales data and report on the health of the pipeline. Build statistical models of business trends and predictive models for sales forecasts to assist with improving our methodology behind pipeline management and deal closure rates.
  • Evaluate & incorporate market trends into the sales forecast
  • Analyze key performance indicators to measure sales productivity and support preparation on monthly and quarterly KPIs to executive management
  • Work closely with finance on incorporating external sales variables into forecasts and providing insights on risks and trends. 
  • Drive analytical rigor across the organization to guide outstanding decision making
  • Partner and develop strong relationships with cross functional teams

Experience:

  • 6+ years experience in a data analytics role or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in sales pipeline forecasting
  • Experience with sales funnel reporting
  • Expert SQL experience
  • Experience using business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Looker) and Salesforce
  • Experience working in a Sales environment with Sales KPIs and metrics is highly desired
  • Works effectively in a fast paced environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; extremely attentive to detail

For candidates living in Colorado the expected base pay range is $127,220-$144,760 and depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
