As a Marketing Performance Analytics Manager, you will guide and improve the marketing planning process, target setting, forecasting, and pipeline reporting. You will partner with marketing leadership to develop marketing OKRs, set targets shared with sales, provide bottoms up forecast guidance, work with Finance on sales pipeline coverage, and improve marketing strategy through quarterly planning. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will be a central point for driving marketing strategy and performance analysis.

The impact you will have:

  • Achieve 90%+ accuracy of the marketing leads and pipeline generation forecast, to help inform GTM planning & budget decisions.
  • Build the infrastructure and dashboards to report on attainment of marketing goals by teams and regions.
  • Analyze the top of funnel pipeline health to find the strategic insights that can improve our conversion rates by 10% each quarter.
  • Analyze marketing team performance to identify opportunities to increase budget efficiency by 20%.
  • Improve self-service marketing analytics through developing foundational dashboards and conduct training for marketers, with the goal of getting all marketers using self-service analytics to do their job.
  • Partner with marketing leaders on quarterly planning to help them build bottoms-up forecasting that result in over 100% attainment of quarterly goals.
  • Develop performance monitoring dashboards using Tableau.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of marketing or sales analytics experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in target setting and forecasting
  • High-growth B2B SaaS experience.
  • Expert in Tableau, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and SQL.
  • Experience managing multiple senior leaders and presenting to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related field.
