People Analytics CoE (Community of Expertise) is looking for a People Analytics Data Analyst to join its newly formed Talent Acquisition Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing the People Analytics data technology stack and infrastructure in partnership with IT. You will support the maintenance and expansion of data sets that are used by the People Analytics team to accelerate access to critical business insights and deliver insights at scale. Your strong data engineering technical expertise and demonstrated knowledge of HR data and data governance principles will help advance our analytics capabilities and enable data-driven decisions. Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and automate Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards  

  • Build and manage a Talent Acquisition Analytics Roadmap highlighting data requirements that will support the development of analytical products and solutions  

  • Manage the integration of multiple internal and external data sources in partnership with IT

  • Develop protocol for managing and enhancing existing People Analytics infrastructure (database management, product enhancement roadmap etc.)

  • Partner with IT on building the best-in-class data environment and technology stack for the Talent Acquisition team (requirements, prioritization, implementation) enhancing existing enterprise EDW and managing future enhancements

  • Ingest new data sources into the existing People Analytics infrastructure

  • Partner with members of the Talent Acquisition Analytics, People Analytics Data Visualizations & Analytics Solutions and HROS teams to enhance existing data sources and data visualizations and automate the data preparation process

  • Establish a process for managing backlog and prioritization criteria for data related requests

  • Support the automation of dashboards, ongoing and ad-hoc reports, and data science models 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of data management and data engineering experience supporting People Analytics and/or Talent Analytics teams 

  • Proven applied knowledge of scripting languages for data retrieval and data transformation (SQL) (R and Python are a plus) 

  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) and familiarity with a variety of databases 

  • Strong understanding of HR data and HR employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), engagement, employee listening, learning and development etc.) 

  • Experience building ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load), manipulating data at scale and managing data infrastructure 

  • Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, managing governance and access, designing architecture that support dashboards development and automation 

  • Experience implementing row-level security models, and blending, optimizing, and automating multiple data sources 

  • Experience working with IT on data management enhancements (co-development model) 

  • Experience incorporating external data sources into internal datasets 

  • Familiarity with data governance best practices for working with highly sensitive information 

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and leading data visualizations practices is a plus 

  • Experience working with Workday data and reports is a plus 

  • Strong project management skills

Remote - This position does not require the employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The Employees role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basics

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only

  • The median level of salary compensation for this role is ( $97,977.21).
