    • Lead all aspects of the building & maintaining of reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products.
    • Build, develop, and lead an outstanding team, prioritizing developing a diverse and inclusive environment for them to learn and thrive.

Who you are:

    • An inclusive people leader with a track record of building and managing teams that drive impact.
    • Solid background in User Research or Data Science with technical chops you don't mind dusting off from time-to-time. You've done the work over the years, and understand what it takes to build awesome user experiences.
    • You have a user- and data-focused mentality. You understand the role and importance of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and when to deploy them.
    • A fantastic communicator and have experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering and design partners.
    • An appetite for learning and evolving in all things. From leadership skills to craft to process to industry and market trends — you never stop pushing into the next big challenge.
    • You know how to enable adoption of best practices in measurement, experimentation and user research
    • Experience using scripting and querying languages to extract insights from small and large datasets is ideal
    • Experience applying analytical frameworks to solve behavioral UX problems is a plus
