Purpose of Role

The Planning Operations Analyst role will be responsible for managing and improving data, tools, and reporting to deliver accurate, data driven insights for our Go-to-Market and S&OP processes. The analytics will be leveraged by Global and Regional Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain and other partners to support strategy development and decision making, and to assess business performance. The teammate will be responsible for maintaining, managing, and executing process and data operations to enhance UA’s analytics capabilities. This will include identifying opportunities to simplify and create more transparency in our complex reporting environment as well as collaboration with our IT and Enterprise Data Management teams to improve reporting development and delivery.

⦁    Planning: experience supporting merchandising, inventory, demand, sales, or other business planning analysis
⦁    Communication: proficient communication skills to work effectively with teammates at various career levels both written and verbal
⦁    Team: demonstrated teamwork capabilities with a track record of executing work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications


⦁    Bachelor's degree
⦁    2+ year professional experience   
⦁    1-2 years of experience with information systems, data, BI/Data Visualization, reporting, analytics, and coding
⦁    1-2 years experience support a planning or other related function
⦁    1-2 years’ experience using data to drive process improvement
⦁    Program Experience:  Microsoft Suite, Tableau, SAP BI HANA, SQL, other coding or analytical tools

Workplace Location

⦁    Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD. 
⦁    Return To Work Designation: 3 days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

$64,823.00 - $89,130.80 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
