What you’ll do:

The Advanced Analytics Team is focused on the creation of customer value through the use of data science and deep analytics to influence and lead major initiatives across business units and partners, drive strategy creation and support Existing Customer planning and forecasting in partnership with Finance, Pricing, IT and various business units

The Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics will report to the Manager, Advanced Analytics and will conduct analytics to support robust decision-making. In this role, you will partner cross functionally with Customer Experience & Operations, IT, marketing, pricing, finance and Existing Customer business (SAC reduction, Revenue expansion, RMR increments, Existing Customer segmentation and market opportunities, Lifetime Value, Discounts, Truck rolls) and make data backed recommendations to enable better business decisions. Success in this role will be the enablement of fast, data driven decision making and prioritization across the organization that will have a tremendous impact on revenue and profitability.

  • Support development of pricing and forecasts for the customer base working with Pricing and Finance.
  • Partnering with Pricing and IT to execute price, offer and customer communication changes.
  • Uses data driven approach to analyze and identify insights and plans that drive Customer Lifetime Value and optimize our cross-channel go-to-market approach for existing customer transactions – namely upgrades/add-ons, collections, and proactive communications, customer support and outreach.
  • Partners with the Pricing, Marketing and the business in efforts to manage existing customer segment and campaign pricing, offer management and execution.
  • Provides analytics support to maintain our business rules, tenets and strategies to minimize channel conflict.
  • Working with other teams to manage a robust test-and-learn agenda for optimization of our funnels.
  • Customer Lifetime Value and Sustainability modeling.
  • Working in alignment with the Subscriber Economics team in Pricing, build and oversee maintenance of key financial models and inputs.
  • Analyzes subscriber trends and dynamics and partners with Customer Experience team in the improvement of the customer experience and customer journeys to create best-in-class experiences as measured by customer Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and lowered attrition.
  • Uses segmentation and path for implementation of segmentation to improve personalization, loyalty programs, and leverage propensity model scores to improve the company’s offering, pricing communication and cross-sell/upsell activities.
  • Aptitude to convert and blend raw data sets into clean, validated sources of data for visualization (i.e., graphs, statistics, images and lists). Play a role in delivering consistent, clear and engaging content to key partners by sharing findings through creative storytelling

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, finance, statistics, economics or other related field of discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in data analytics within finance and/or GTM customer management, preferably within retail security or subscription-based business; both business-to-consumer and business-to-business.
  • Technical aptitude: experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, MS Office (full suite), Share Point, Salesforce, Database management and cloud-platform data mining skills are strongly preferred.
  • Influencing business decisions in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Compensation: The pay range for this role is $80,000 – $100,000 annually, plus a generous yearly bonus, and is based on experience and qualifications.

Location: We are ideally looking to add someone to our team who will sit out of our Boca Raton, FL office in a hybrid model (min 3 days in office) however we are willing to consider someone in an alternative location in a remote capacity.
