The Sales Advanced Analytics group serves as ADT’s analytical authority focused on growth strategy for our Consumer and Small Business division. This fast-paced and agile team works closely with ADT’s Sales leadership to conduct high impact analyses and enable transformative data driven growth for ADT.

What you’ll do:

As the Senior Manager, Sales (Growth) Insights & Analytics you will support uncovering customer insights and innovative growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and a deep working knowledge of various analytical and statistical tools for evaluating trends and measuring performance against qualitative and quantitative objectives. The Senior Manager, Growth Insights & Analytics will report to the Director, Growth Insights & Analytics.

  • Analyze ADT lead level and customer data to identify trends, patterns and insights.
  • Evaluate existing processes and implement smart decisioning methodology to maximize business performance.
  • Interpret and translate analytical findings into coherent business strategies and develop executive-level presentations to educate on key data insights.
  • Engage, influence, and partner with senior leadership across the company including Strategy, Finance, Pricing, and IT departments to strategize and achieve business initiatives.
  • Proactively anticipate needs of the business leaders to advance in structuring analysis.
  • Develop, train and mentor junior analyst talent.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in data analytics, mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
  • MBA degree strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of related experience in an analytical role; prior background as a strategy consultant, business analyst or data scientist preferred.
  • Experience leading a team of data analysts and/or data scientists.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to see the big picture; experience solving complex and ambiguous business problems.
  • Outstanding analytical skills; comfortable working with, interpreting and presenting data.
  • Ability to prioritize competing business needs.

Compensation:

  • The pay range for this role is $100,000 – $135,000 annually, plus a generous yearly bonus, and is based on experience and qualifications.
