Reporting to our Manager, Growth Strategy, you will have the opportunity to support and define enterprise-wide initiatives designed to dramatically increase Evolve’s properties under management and the services we provide for them.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze and report on Owner Segmentation and Lead Lifetime Value models
  • Manage Tableau reporting environment for Owner Segmentation and Lead Lifetime Value initiatives as well as enterprise performance reporting
  • Utilize data (SQL) and financial modeling to uncover key areas of opportunity across Evolve’s growth organization and formulate strategies to support profitability &  growth
  • Work cross-functionally with business partners and department leadership to provide feedback and insight to drive strategies designed to improve acquisition, monetization, and retention of our Owners as well as provide ad-hoc analytical support
  • Prepare executive and board-level presentations on strategy, new initiative success and business performance
  • Coordinate with FP&A and department leaders to generate monthly consensus forecast
  • Assess new initiative value and key performance indicators prior to launch 

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience using data to inform and support overall company strategy
  • Excellent SQL proficiency and strong ability to distill large data sets and uncover trends and opportunities
  • Familiarity with statistical programming languages, R or Python, to forecast key business lines and assess the value of upcoming opportunities preferred
  • Highly proficient at operational and financial modeling (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Experience working with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Sisense etc.)
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to manage projects from the strategy phase through to the execution phase
  • Extremely entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt based on the changing needs of the company
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting to large groups and senior executives, and ability to distill complex and ambiguous information to technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $87,000 - $100,000, depending on relevant experience
