Working at Atlassian
Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to an office as they reopen (unless it’s necessary for your role to be performed in the office). Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
We're able to hire eligible candidates for this role from any location in the Netherlands, Germany, France, UK, or Poland.

Are you analytical, and can you lead insight generation? If so, read on.
Your future team
Welcome to the Sales Strategy & Analytics team! We're a lean team of data ninjas who love solving chunky business problems. Our goal: to support our business partners and use data-driven approach to accelerate Atlassian's top line growth. We support teams across the "go-to-market" function and are part of the broader Field Operations family here at Atlassian.
You will join a cross-geo team reporting to Zinta Putenis. You will be the first person on the team based in Europe, and will have the chance to partner directly with our EMEA senior sales leadership.
What you'll do

- Work with technical teams to identify customer needs and develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards.
- Monitor sales performance efficiency and lead recommendations for improvement plans. There are multiple levers sales leadership can use, it is our job to identify the correct ones.
- Participate in change management and go-to-market projects. You will identify underlying causes and implement related projects to improve team performance around customer lifecycle and conversion metrics.
- Support planning modelling, capacity planning, ad-hoc analytics, and produce internal quarterly business reviews.
Your background
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics roles within B2B SaaS companies or in a strategy consulting environment.
- Expert analytics and excel skills: you know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take based on the results. You are comfortable building detailed capacity and utilisation models.
- You know how to create compelling presentations, and can guide executives through data deep-dives.
- You love partnering and co-piloting cross-team initiatives.
- Continuous improvement is in your DNA. You can enhance business processes from diagnosis to documentation to execution.
