As a Senior Business Analyst within the Business Analysis and Reporting team, you will support Exclusion Management teams within Optum and United Healthcare with data, reports and dashboards. This role is vital to maintaining an effective system of placing and removing exclusions. The work you do will help to drive medical cost savings and reduce provider abrasion.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. 
 
 
Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Create and maintain dashboards to accurately represent the state of Exclusion Management
  • Analyze, review and trend complex data
  • Create and deliver reports (routine and ad hoc)
  • Manage a queue of work requests and communicate progress
  • QA datasets created by yourself or others

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience with Alteryx
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau
  • 2+ years of experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting them in a clear concise manner 
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with United Healthcare claims data
  • Familiarity with Payment Integrity

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
