As our Senior Data Analyst, you will help company leaders make better decisions by providing analysis, insights, and reports.

We love collaborating here at Wellthy and in this role you will work closely with all areas of our organization (Marketing, Product, Client Success and Care Team).

You will report directly to our Director of Data Science and Analytics

To be successful in this role:

  • You have experience analyzing data and providing stakeholders with clear, actionable insights to drive decision making.
  • You can efficiently create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to support Wellthy monitor and identify areas for improvement.
  • You’re a great communicator, life-long learner, problem solver, and always curious with a strong knowledge of data, modeling, and analytic tools. 
  • You have experience collaborating with team leads to design outcome based metrics that support company objectives.
  • You know how to collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to design data transformations to better support reporting and analysis and optimize performance.
  • You know how to manage ad hoc data requests from multiple business areas.
  • You are great at documenting and communicating data issues and processes to internal stakeholders
  • You take initiative to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions with the rest of the data team.
  • You love using a modern data stack like Stitch, Snowflake, dbt and Mode.

Qualifications required for this role include:

  • Track record of using a variety of analytic techniques to drive business decisions (e.g. A/B testing, statistics, forecasting)
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Expertise in building reporting in BI tools (e.g. Mode, Looker, Tableau, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate actionable insights to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications that are preferred but not mandatory:

  • Experience writing basic transformations in dbt
  • Experience building forecasting models (e.g. moving average, exponential smoothing, Prophet, etc)
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience using version control (e.g. Git)
  • Experience with Python

Location:

This is a fully remote position.  Our Wellthians are located throughout the United States but we are currently not accepting candidates in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Mississippi, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Vermont and West Virginia.
