In your data and reporting role, you will coordinate with Service, Partnerships and other business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The Sr. Analyst - Data & Reporting work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

You will report to the COO, and partner closely with our CTO and Product team.

You will drive the following efforts

• Provide ongoing reports, interpret data, and analyze results using statistical techniques to help drive business decisions
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  
• Build dashboards using data visualization tools to improve business operations
  
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
  
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

You find creative ways to organize, structure, and manage. Most importantly, you’re a doer and a believer.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Ability to use appropriate problem-solving, research and analysis tools
• Experience with data mining using SQL and other reporting packages
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
