Job Summary:

Supporting the analyses of program impact on health outcomes, financial outcomes, and other key performance indicators. The Senior Data and Project Analyst will work with Clinical Program leads to identify an evolve measures for evaluating program impact. Responsible for project intake, tracking, timelines, and communicating status. Supporting the Clinical Healthcare leadership to identify new intervention opportunities and build recommendations for new programs. Developing graphic presentations of analytic results for internal and external facing audiences, including clients and submission to peer reviewed journals. In efforts to support internal and external partner client relationships and projects related to clinical trials, clinical performance, health outcomes research, clinical outcomes reporting, or data infrastructure. This position requires capabilities in one or more of clinical trials, epidemiology, biostatistics, health outcomes measurement, financial analyses, project management, and data science.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing and analyzing clinical data from a wide variety of sources to develop and build graphic presentations of results.
  • Working closely with Clinical Healthcare business leads, supports detailed analytics by clinical service offered.
  • Identifies trends, patterns, and patient behaviors within the data analyses to predictively indicate which program services would be best suited to achieve optimal clinical service performance outcomes.
  • Collaborates with Clinical Team and other internal departments to initiate implement improvements and efficiencies related to clinical analytics needs.
  • Responsible for validating the integrity and availability of clinical data utilized for reporting (internal and external).
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on clinical performance metrics design, development, and analyses.
  • Collaborates with the Walgreens Health teams to ensure appropriate data are collected for proposed clinical research project intended for the peer review publication process.
  • Provides support in the review, and revision of policies and procedures related to clinical programs.
  • Develops and reports on novel or nonstandard metrics that require an in-depth knowledge of healthcare and clinical operations.
  • Supports quality assurance processes user acceptance testing with Clinical Systems, Clinical Program Managers, Learning and Development and Implementations for clinical program launches (go-live) and clinical program enhancements.
