How will this role have an impact?

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join an existing team as we expand our data quality capabilities.  Signify Health works closely with our clients to improve how we collectively use data to improve health care.  This role will help our Enterprise Data team establish and expand the Data Quality Framework (with our US-based and offshore resources) and help our internal and external stakeholders detect and resolve data issues.

This role will report to the Director, Data Quality Engineering.

What will you do?

• Review data specifications, requirements, and identify test points within data sources 
• Design, maintain, document, manage resources in building, and support Data Quality Framework, a parameters/ thresholds-driven data quality tool
• Design, manage technical resources in building, and support scorecards and dashboards for testing, validating, exceptions reporting & alerting, and monitoring of underlying data. 
• Build and maintain scorecards and dashboards for testing, validating, exceptions reporting & alerting, and monitoring of underlying data.
• Work with data stakeholders to translate business requirements into data investigations, troubleshoot existing logic, develop new logic, conduct drill downs, and implement updates
• Work with team leads to plan and prioritize workload
• Collect, translate, and document data findings into data quality monitoring metrics and logic
• Assist in rolling out new initiatives associated with improving overall quality and processes
  
  
  

Who are you?

• Bachelors in Computer Science or similar
• At least five years of working on data analytics or data quality using existing software or by writing SQL scripts.
• At least 2 years of managing technical resources in conducting data quality work, building and maintaining data quality workflows, building monitoring and alerting 
• Good communicator (written and oral) of data-related topics.
• Experience in working across multiple workstreams or data teams.
• Experience in data quality with large data sets.
• At least 2 years of experience using Python.
• Experience in using tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Snowflake, DBT, or similar.
• Experience in managing overseas resources.

*Some experience with healthcare data is preferred.
