You have a proven track record of delivering analyses leading to product or business strategy insights. On your first day, we'd expect you to have:
- Strong sense of accountability, self-drive, and the ability to function independently
- Extensive experience in analytics, statistics or closely related fields
- Proficiency in SQL and expertise in Python / R strong intuition for crafting raw data and analysis into well-written and persuasive content
- The ability to prioritise your time wisely against multiple competing projects and requests
- Experience translating insights into decisions and actions that have a direct business impact
It's great, but not required, if you have:
- Experience in both enterprise (or B2B) as well as consumer (or B2C) environments
- Track record of presenting at meet-ups and conferences
- MS, MBA or PhD degree in a relevant topic
