Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $175,100 - $233,400
Zone B: $157,600 - $210,100
Zone C: $145,300 - $193,800
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
In this role, you will work closely with varying crafts across our Enterprise org to ensure our Cloud is ready for our largest Enterprise customers. This includes security features like SSO and DLP, data policies, reliability and scale, compliance (e.g. Fedramp), encryption, and other features that ensure we are a first-class Enterprise-ready company.
You will work with PMs to prioritize and define success; be a thought leader to your squad; and build relationships with PMs, PGMs, Engineers, Researchers, Designers, Data Engineers, and other Data Science teams.
You will often use imperfect data to influence strategic company decisions under tight timelines. This is a role that will stretch you, accelerate your learning curve and give you the chance to really leave your mark in the history of Atlassian.
On your first day, we'd expect you to have:
Strong sense of accountability, self-drive, and the ability to function independently
Extensive experience in analytics, statistics or closely related fields
Proficiency in SQL and expertise in Python / R
A strong intuition for crafting raw data and analysis into well-written and persuasive content
The ability to prioritise your time wisely against multiple competing projects and requests
Experience translating insights into decisions and actions that have a direct business impact
It's great, but not required, if you have:
Experience in both enterprise (or B2B) as well as consumer (or B2C) environments
Track record of presenting at meet-ups and conferences
MS, MBA or PhD degree in a relevant topic
