About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you will be managing a large team of data analysts who work across multiple domains of the organization. You will understand the data-driven decision making needs of a high-growth organization and be focused on concrete outcomes and driving KPIs. You will exemplify people-centric leadership and have a strong focus on the continued growth of team members. You will operate both at a tactical and strategic level, owning day-to-day execution and long-term planning.
What You'll Do
- Manage a team that build analytics and reporting solutions: planning, setting goals, coaching and managing team performance
- Develop quarterly roadmaps with the data analytics team and build process in support of the teams overarching objectives
- Act as a coach and trusted advisor for data team members and data leads
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to drive insights, reporting, and data-driven decision making for the business
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of management experience in the data domain managing and guiding high performance teams
- 6+ years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist
- Deep expertise with SQL and data visualization tools
- Experience with python or other coding languages
- Experience leading major end-to-end analytics projects and using a qualitative approach to driving business impact
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
