Reforge's mission is to help our customers do the best work of their career. We teach educational programs whose frameworks and strategies are sourced from the world's leading technology companies and leaders. In this role, you'll learn and apply those frameworks and ensure that Reforge is the best example of our own material. This role will work with other functional roles (product, engineering, design, marketing, operations, support) to create the best experience possible for our customers and evolve our data-driven culture.
You'll be responsible for doing deep analysis to identify where there are pockets of opportunity, ensure that teams have the data they need to answer their own questions and measure changes, and create new data sets that will be used throughout the company. Your work will inspire new products and features, identify users that are under-served, measure key business metrics, and influence the strategy of our product and customer experience.
Reforge was founded by Brian Balfour (former VP Growth @ HubSpot, 3X venture backed founder). The team bootstrapped the company to a profitable, 8-figure revenue company. We recently raised $21.5M from Andrew Chen and Anish Acharya at Andreessen Horowitz along with a group of 100 C and VP level leaders. As of Fall 2021, we have just over 70 employees.
