Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative analytics solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance to help the business achieve its objectives
• Write simple to complex SQL queries to support product and operational reports and research
• Create data driven visualizations, dashboards and reports
• Coordinate with development teams, operations teams and management to enhance data and reporting ecosystem
• Develop, enhance, and automate data and reporting workflows and processes
• Develop future state business reporting, data warehousing and procedures to respond to ongoing changes of the business
• Utilize production metrics to perform research and assess quality of overall data

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience writing simple to complex SQL queries and scripts
• 3+ years of data analysis and reporting experience
• 1+ years of data modeling and data warehousing experience
• 1+ years of data visualization experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tableau and Power BI
• Experience working with an Agile team
• Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting
• Snowflake experience
• Healthcare industry experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
