As a Sr. Analyst, Professional Services Operations, you will be integral to this. You will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Professional Services organization by consolidating disparate reporting functions and metrics into a unified suite of actionable insights, driving efficiency of processes and systems to optimize day-to-day activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting to ultimately drive internal efficiency, profitability, utilization, and on-time delivery for our internal teams, partners, and clients.
Support the Professional Services team by partnering closely with multiple groups to create best-in-class standard reporting & analytics.
Ensure weekly accurate forecasting of the income statement for the overall Professional Services business
Provide project portfolio transparency to ensure on time, on budget, and on quality project delivery
Support executive discussions regarding budgets, resources, schedules, and risks with clear, actionable data
Create and drive efficiency initiatives to free Professional Services resources from excess time on administrative and non-billable work
Evaluate existing processes and workflows and own opportunities to improve, automate, and scale
Build foundational reporting around services metrics. Be able to work with a technical team to identify customer needs and develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards.
5+ years Professional Services Operations at a software company and/or Business Operations experience
Track record in professional and accurate metrics reporting, utilized by managers through Executive Leadership and the BoardÂ
Experience consolidating, cleaning, and maintaining multiple, disparate data sets to understand and optimize key KPIs: utilization, backlog, accurate forecasting, margin, on-time delivery, time to value, etc.
Comfort operating independently in a fast-changing environment and with multiple teams relying on you.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with SaaS go-to-market framework, have a strong analytical background, experience driving change in Professional Services Operations organizations and be comfortable communicating with C-level executives and GMs
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $152,200 - $202,900
Zone B: $137,000 - $182,600
Zone C: $126,300 - $168,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
