The Central Sales Strategy & Operations team works with cross-functional leadership across Databricks’ GTM org. Our team is focused on driving operational scale by building out models, programs, and tools and providing data-driven insights to GTM leaders in an extremely high-growth environment.
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Sales Strategy team to support our central GTM initiatives. One of your core responsibilities will be to develop critical business insights to drive pipeline and forecasting accuracy across the global GTM. This role will also provide vital sales metrics, in-depth business analytics, and recommendations to the cross-functional leadership across GTM.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with endless curiosity who can work cross-functionally to tackle complex problems end-to-end. We are looking for someone who is solution oriented and thrives in diving deep into ambiguous data sets to derive recommendations to drive business decisions.
