Responsibilities
The Agency/Marketing Learning team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated intern with Data Analytics experience with a passion for research, interpretation, and visualization of key data insights. The successful candidate will be able to provide value-added data insights, have technical knowledge and skills, demonstrate efficient and accurate data analysis visualization.
Additional Information:
- Assist with performing research, documenting business rules, and implementing solutions that meet agency data needs
- Assist with research and the procurement of new marketing and agency data
- Assist with developing dashboard and reporting tools
Qualifications
An Ideal Intern Candidate Has:
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Insights Analytics
- Experience working with complex data sets, including statistics, surveys, and marketing/sales/operational data.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
- Ability to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Internship Information:
Eligibility: To be eligible for an internship, candidates must be in an undergraduate, or post-graduate program with a graduation date of August 2024 or later.
This position will be in a hybrid work environment located in Bloomington, IL; Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; or Tempe, AZ. Remote opportunity may be considered.
Remote: Qualified candidates (outside of locations listed above) may be considered for remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located. Remote interns could be asked to travel to an assigned location throughout the summer for onboarding and various events.
Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.
For Los Angeles candidates: Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Change Initiative for Hiring, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.
For San Francisco candidates: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, New York and Washington State candidates:
Hourly Rate: $28.00/hour based on a 38.75-hour work week
Selected interns will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend.
