Responsibilities

The Marketing Science Director is highly experienced in digital marketing and performance marketing in the areas of leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to capture and retain customers. You will assess the success of varying campaigns through testing, refinement and relevant KPIs in partnership with data scientists, data engineers and the three marketing science teams you will lead.

As the director of this team, you will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver leading edge marketing sciences solutions insights for all digital marketing channels. You will also oversee the development of insights through analyses across paid media (SEM), organic search (SEO), organic and paid social, digital marketing content effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a completed bachelor's degree
  • Experience in product management desired
  • Leadership and technical expertise in performance marketing, growth marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Extremely articulate in written and oral formats
  • Ability to collaborate and partner across a matrix organization
  • Successful at strategically looking at initiatives with both short-term and long-term actionable plans

Remote: Qualified candidates (outside of hub locations listed below) may be considered for 100% remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located.

Hybrid: Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations listed below) should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.

Hub Locations: Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ; Bloomington, IL

For Colorado, Connecticut, and New York City candidates: Base Salary Range: $160,000-$264,000; potential geographic difference may apply. Eligibility for yearly incentive pay up to 20% of base salary may be available.
